The Cloud Devops team at Liveperson is looking for an experienced DevOps engineer: a candidate that takes on challenges, continuously expands his area of expertise and naturally takes ownership of his work. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, an eagerness to follow good practices and a desire to apply his skills in the field of DevOps.
We will provide you the grounds to succeed, an embracing working environment and very complex and interesting technical challenges to solve.
You will:
- Manage and handle 2 day tasks around Kubernetes and vault.
- Install and configure HashiCorp Vault for secure storage and management of secrets and sensitive data.
- Implement policies and access controls to safeguard Vault data.
- Collaborate with the cloud team to provision, configure, and maintain cloud resources on GCP, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement automation for resource provisioning and scaling using tools like Terraform.
You have:
- 6+ years of solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- 6+ years of experience with GitLab, including GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
