The ChallengeOneTrust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Administrator/Engineer to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying business solutions across major cloud platforms, possess expert-level knowledge in administration (DevOps) with cloud compute resources, and demonstrate proficiency in designing and architecting IaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy business solutions across major cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Utilize administration (DevOps) knowledge to manage cloud resources and deploy workloads using tools such as Terraform.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, etc.
- Architect and design t-shirt sized workloads to support IaaS needs for various business units.
- Demonstrate expertise in networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks in the cloud.
- Implement automation within Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
- Deploy IaaS and PaaS services on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on services like Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- Manage virtual servers, including vulnerability management.
- Improve security posture for cloud deployments and implement security controls and features to address cybersecurity challenges.
- Implement monitoring best practices to proactively identify and troubleshoot production problems.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in virtual or cloud administration and engineering.
- Must have at least one Associate, Special, or Export Microsoft Infrastructure Certification as found on Collections | Microsoft Learn
- Proficiency in Azure. AWS and GCP is a plus.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and distributed networks in the cloud.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
