Senior Compensation Analyst
Become an essential member of Collibra's dynamic People team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, contributing to the establishment and maintenance of fair and competitive compensation standards across the organization. Reporting to the Compensation Director you will play a pivotal role in aligning our compensation strategy with our business objectives, fostering equity, transparency, and sustainability. This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh.
Senior Compensation Analysts at Collibra are responsible for- Collaborate with People Partners and Talent Acquisition partners to provide guidance on compensation matters, including new position reviews, offer approvals, policy interpretation, and market analysis.
- Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges and pay grades, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market surveys and research to maintain competitive compensation structures, supporting Collibra's ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for management and employee inquiries regarding compensation-related questions and issues.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and make informed compensation recommendations based on data analysis.
- Effective communication skills, enabling clear and concise conveyance of compensation-related information to diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing compensation data and adherence to policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in Compensation Software (Workday) to leverage compensation management software for data analysis and administration.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

- Experienced in addressing complex compensation challenges and proposing innovative solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Proficient in utilizing Workday or similar HRIS platforms to streamline compensation processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Familiar with global compensation practices to support Collibra's international expansion and ensure consistency across regions.
- Within 3 months, you will get up to speed on our compensation philosophies.
- Within 6 months, you will successfully complete annual compensation surveys and establish strong working relationships with People Partners and Talent Acquisition.
- Within 12 months, you will Implement improvements to compensation programs based on data analysis and feedback, contributing to enhanced fairness and competitiveness. Demonstrate tangible contributions to the development and maintenance of Collibra's compensation standards, supporting the organization's overall talent strategy.
The standard base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $120,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
