What's the opportunity? 🤔The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, this role will provide support in a wide range of compensation-related matters, such as benchmarking, new hire offer reviews, the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and more!

This role can be based in Dublin, London, or San Francisco and will support our global workforce.
What will I be doing? 🚀- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Drive improvements and execution of compensation review cycles
- Provide first tier Compensation support and consolidate questions/issues from our business partners
- Design and build out reporting metrics/dashboards to help inform business decisions and support data gathering for our compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and hiring managers on compensation-related matters, including salary offers, promotions and any other change management program requiring compensation input.
- Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and HR Business partners on ad-hoc projects and data requests
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to enhance compensation systems and ensure data integrity.
- Support other compensation projects as needed
- 5+ years experience in the Compensation field. Experience working for a fast-growing, global tech company is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals; including survey reporting, market pricing, compensation structures
- Experience with compensation software and HRIS systems. Workday experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in compensation modeling and advanced Excel skills; with an ability to efficiently manipulate data to solve complex problems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong innate curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Experience with other analytical tools such as Tableau or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with equity, and sales incentive plans are a plus
- Flexibility to work the overlap ‘golden hours’ shared by Dublin and San Francisco
