We are looking for an effective and experienced Senior Compliance Testing Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Payoneer’s Compliance Program. The Senior Compliance Testing Analyst will develop a deep understanding of Payoneer’s compliance framework and work closely with our team of Compliance Officers and Subject Matter Experts. In this role, your primary objective will be to assess and validate the effectiveness of compliance controls across the organization, contributing significantly to ongoing improvements.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute the Compliance Monitoring & Testing program and methodology
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of controls implemented to mitigate applicable compliance risks
  • Review processes, identify gaps, and recommend areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve control weaknesses identified through testing
  • Prepare reports for Senior Management highlighting the testing scope, approach, results, and actions taken
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure resolution of issues identified in testing

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent (CAMS, ICA certifications or equivalent is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Legal or other related field within the financial services industry
  • Understanding of AML regulations imposed by government agencies such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), local regulatory bodies like FinCEN, as well as sanctions compliance requirements enforced by OFAC and other relevant authorities
  • Proficiency in transaction monitoring, KYC compliance, risk assessment, SAR filing and data analysis (proficiency in SQL is a plus)
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, testing programs, or project management is a plus

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000.
