• Create change: Develop safety concepts for modern driving functions in accordance with functional safety requirements
• Work operationally: Design (autonomous) driver assistance systems that are used on the road worldwide and contribute to making them safe and robust
• Generate impact: Define and evaluate existing safety processes and prepare customers for upcoming assessments
• Take responsibility: Moderate workshops on process optimization and the creation of safety analyses at vehicle and component level (e.g. HARA or FMEA)

• Share and expand your technical know-how: Exchange ideas within your specialist department and develop new solutions together as a team

• Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, physics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or similar fields of study
• Several years of experience (>3 years) with safety technologies and processes as well as safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, MIL STD 882 or EN 50126) and in the field of safety analysis (HARA, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA etc)
• Knowledge of vehicle development and functional safety
• Initial experience in the lateral management of teams and project-based work is a plus
• Enthusiasm for strategic design and management interaction
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills
