The ChallengeWe’re scaling fast and need a creative, tech-savvy Senior Content Specialist to help bring our global enablement programs to life. You’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering engaging learning content that powers the productivity of our customer-facing teams.
We are seeking a Senior Content Specialist to support the design, creation, and management of enablement content for our global GTM teams. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging digital assets, maintaining content repositories, and helping us push the boundaries of what enablement content can be. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LMS and CMS systems, a graphic design background, and a strong interest in applying AI to learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging enablement content, including e-learning modules, job aids, pitch decks, infographics, videos, and more.

Manage and optimize content in our Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS), ensuring intuitive access and accurate tagging.

Apply visual storytelling principles and graphic design best practices to all materials, maintaining a clean, professional, and consistent look and feel.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, smart authoring, auto-transcription) to streamline content creation and personalization.

Collaborate with enablement program managers, field enablement leads, product marketing, and sales leadership to align content with business priorities.

Regularly audit and refresh content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment to the current sales process and product messaging.

Support the launch and promotion of new content, using creative approaches to drive adoption and engagement.

Uphold brand standards and partner with internal creative teams when needed to deliver high-quality learning materials.
Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or content creation in a B2B tech environment.

Proven expertise in LMS and CMS tools; experience with platforms like Docebo, Lessonly, Highspot, or Sharepoint preferred.

Graphic design proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.

Familiarity with AI content generation and editing tools such as ChatGPT, Synthesia, or Descript.

Understanding of adult learning principles and how to create content for maximum knowledge retention.

Portfolio showcasing examples of instructional or visual design projects.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
