Overview:

Prosek Partners is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join our fast-paced, high-impact environment and lead the charge on developing insightful, high-quality content.

The Senior Content Strategist will serve as a lead writer and strategic partner for a range of clients — particularly in the financial services sector, with an emphasis on private markets (including private equity and private credit). They’ll work closely with clients to craft compelling narratives, messaging, and content across diverse PR and marketing formats, while also developing content strategies and delivering creative ideas. This role is equal parts writer, strategist, and trusted client advisor.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Writing & Content Creation

  • Deliver clear, compelling, and on-brand content across multiple styles and voices.
  • Write a wide range of content, including:
    • Bylines, white papers, case studies, blogs
    • Brochures, pitch decks, and annual reports
    • Website copy, email marketing, and social media content
    • Infographics, demo videos, and traditional advertising assets

 

Strategic Thinking & Client Partnership

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, audiences, and industry nuances.
  • Develop content themes, ideas, and recommendations that align with larger communications strategies.
  • Build and maintain content calendars.
  • Provide smart counsel to clients — including challenging them when necessary — to elevate their content.
  • Participate in discovery and planning meetings, gathering insights and helping to shape narratives from the ground up.

 

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple client content programs and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Support content-focused client presentations and help secure buy-in for content initiatives from existing and new clients.
  • Partner with account teams to ensure alignment with broader communications efforts.
  • Promote the value of content strategy internally across teams and externally with clients.
  • Serve as a resource to up-level writing across agency teams

What makes you qualified:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • B.S. in Journalism, English, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications
  • Adept in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • An eye for detail, ensuring quality assurance

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
