About The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Copywriter to join our in-house creative services group. The ideal candidate has, and an interest in pop, gaming and anime culture. He/she will join a vibrant and robust internal creative team supported by insights-driven strategists and data analysts -- ideal for someone of both in-house and agency life. You will report into the Creative Director of the Conceptual team. This a hybrid remote/ in-office role based out of our Culver City office.

The Senior Copywriter will join a team of creatives in the development of seasonal Brand and anime creative campaigns.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop 360° creative campaigns with an emphasis on driving earned media coverage and free trial sign-ups.

  • Comprehend the strategy of a campaign, understand goals along with providing strategic input.

  • Revise campaigns in response to feedback.

  • Maintain organization of projects through rounds of feedback between team members and external partners.

  • Write clear,, original copy.

  • Field ad hoc conceptual requests to support events, brand activations, and messaging platforms for partner teams.

About You:

  • Have a passion for film and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom!

  • 7+ years experience in writing for marketing teams, including experience with brand marketing, scriptwriting, and social media; combination of in-house and agency experience.

  • Portfolio of inspiring work showcasing integrated campaigns for well-known brands.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
