The Challenge

Due to increased customer demand for the OneTrust Intelligence Platform, we’re looking to hire a senior corporate counsel to provide transactional support on commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial & Product Support team.

Your Mission
  • Negotiate complex SaaS agreements with customers in highly regulated industries through to execution.
  • Handle ad-hoc legal requests for support from the sales function
  • Understand key IP, commercial, and finance requirements
  • Keep up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance
  • Drive compliance in day-to-day sales activities, including providing training
  • Support updates to legal team templates & precedents
  • Assist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support team

  • Highly organize
Your Experience Includes
  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school required
  • Member of a State Bar in good standing Proprietary
  • 4+ years of transactional legal experience on complex customer contracts
Extra Awesome
  • Privacy, GRC, Ethics & Compliance or ESG experience
  • Experience with a SaaS or other technology company.
  • Ironclad experience

 

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$107,750—$161,637 USDBenefits
