What you’ll do 

As a collection specialist, you will have a significant role in managing the recovery of cash from our clients, reporting to key stakeholders and improving the cash collection process in our company.  

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Request and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via strong communication and meeting with account holders
  • Follows established guidelines to review and update account status. 
  • Prepare collection committee reports and KPIs for key stakeholders
  • Maintain logs of litigation, bankruptcy & liquidation cases, promise of payments, churns
  • Prepare and follow up all cases sent to the collection agency
  • Be the single point of contact for account holders and lawyers
  • Perform other related duties such as key account payment reminders and final notice

Process efficiency and optimization 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the cash collection process
  • Identify and raise process pain points and improvements
  • Make recommendations to improve the cash collection process.

You could be our next teammate if you: 

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cash collection and/or allocation;
  • Have experience working in Shared Service centers;
  • Have experience in an agile environment;
  • Are used to working in an international environment;
  • Strong level of English;

 Now, it would be fantastic if you : 

  • Have fluency in French and/or German
  • Skills in SAP S4 Hana and/or Zuora (billing tool)
