Team Description

As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in SumUp’s growth in Latam (CL, PE, CO). We’re a diverse group working with focus on retention and engagement within the Growth Team. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp, attracting new customers and keeping existing merchants excited about our products. We’re looking for a CRM & Retention Analyst that will be part of the Latam Experience and Loyalty team helping SumUp to improve activation and engagement of current and new merchants.

You will

  • Build strong relationships within Growth Team, Latam Tribe and Other Market’s stakeholders to collaborate on testing opportunities for the different merchant lifecycle stages (activation, engagement, resurrection/churn) with focus on activation and engagement.
  • Own the activation strategy and coordination for the optimal execution that will impact the entire client's portfolio.
  • Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS and WhatsApp channels.
  • Partner with internal marketing people including designers and content to coordinate campaigns, assets and execution.
  • Provide continuous insights on the performance of the different channels and their expected conversion on each objective: activation & engagement.
  • Dive deep into technical projects, contributing actively while maintaining a strategic oversight.
  • Write your own copy for the body of all e-mails, sms, and push notifications.
  • Contribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users in the Latam region.
  • Apply a robust testing framework to determine the structure and best communication strategies across CRM channels.
  • Be present at least 3 times per week in the office. We highly value face-to-face interactions.

 You’ll be great for this position if you have

  • Solid E-mail marketing experience.
  • Data-driven mindset is a must have.
  • Experience working with Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud platform and all of its modules: E-mail studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Mobile studio, Analytics Builder, Einstein y AppExchange is required.
  • Experience with journeys automation through different CRM channels (E-mail, SMS, Whatsapp, push and In-app notifications).
  • Data skills: Intermediate SQL and Excel are a must.
  • Full professional English proficiency is required.
  • Good marketing skills, understanding how clients think and behave.
  • Reforge Certification (nice to have).
