About the Role

As a member of the Customer Experience team, the Senior Customer Experience Manager will be part of a regional team responsible for the set-up, optimisation, performance and general stewardship of advertising campaigns. You will be an expert in all areas of account management, have a thorough understanding of ad operations and deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients. You will manage a portfolio of strategic client initiatives in a managed service and programmatic capacity, whilst managing or assisting the development of a junior team member.Outcomes

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving the following outcomes within the first year:

  • Within 1 month of hire: Successfully complete formal onboarding program
  • Within 3 months of hire: Demonstrate an understanding of the Teads offering, platforms and programmes fundamental to their job role. Has begun to build relationships across internal departments and with external clients
  • Within 6-9 months of hire: Demonstrate ability to manage high revenue / strategic campaigns autonomously, while also being one of the ‘go to’ people within the customer experience team
  • Within 1 year of hire: Assumes a lead role within their regional CX team, establishes area(s) of expertise and proactively participates in business projects. Working towards management responsibilities with the aim of a direct report or mentor scheme

Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with the client
  • Assume the role of Teads Ad Manager platform consultant, educating clients on best practices
  • Oversee post-sale process, including but not limited to campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, troubleshooting and problem solving, incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintain weekly calls with clients and participate in end of campaign reporting and QBRs
  • Develop a good working relationship with relevant departments, key individuals and stakeholders across the business
  • Assist in onboarding of customers to our self-service buying platform
  • Assist in preparation of team for successful campaign activation through clear and concise communication effort
  • Assist team development through consistent and thorough knowledge sharing and career development exercises

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Advertising Operations at a digital media agency, publisher or Ad Tech company
  • Vast Advertising Operations knowledge and a vested passion in understanding how trends impact day to day work, such as, but not limited to: Programmatic, Advertising (branding & performance, header bidding and open RTB protocol etc)
  • A proven track record of exceptional time management - effectively plans long term and big picture projects, while maintaining day to day effectiveness
  • Promotes and achieves high standards of work, excellent attention to detail and solutions orientated 
  • Adept at navigating the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (i.e. third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce etc) 
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Comfortable working in a client-first, fast-paced, competitive environment over a sustained period of time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Collaborate approach to work; an all around team player
