In our Customer Growth Team, you are a fundamental part of our expansion strategy and responsible for maximising our recurring revenue. You actively foster customer loyalty by closely interacting with our existing customers in the UK and Irish market as a trusted advisor.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Account Management: You own a portfolio of ~140 mid-market customers (250 - 500 employees) and are responsible for all commercial topics (e.g. upselling, renewals etc.).
  • Customer Retention & Expansion: You have the goal of increasing the net retention of your book of business with monthly revenue targets, OTI & quarterly accelerators in case of overachievement.
  • Upselling: You lead the complete upsell cycle, from outbound lead generation and qualification through to contract signature.
  • Renewals: You renew customers' contracts, prepare offers and negotiate prices.
  • Internal collaboration: You collaborate closely with your CSM counterparts to identify customer challenges, conduct escalation discussions, and communicate solution options to minimize risk prior to churn. Moreover, you are in close contact to our other departments (Customer Service, Product, Legal & Finance).
  • External stakeholder management: You interact mainly with HR, IT, project management, external consultants, legal and C-level.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Partnership, or Sales for B2B SaaS or B2B software solutions.
  • With your experience in lead qualification and pain identification, you quickly acquire a holistic understanding of the customer and can offer individual added values.
  • You have an affinity for software and - thanks to your solution-oriented nature - you are a competent contact person for our existing customers.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Groove & Notion.
  • You are a team player who supports your colleagues at all times to achieve the common goal.
  • You are curious to learn, are open to change and strive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
