- Content Management: Develop and maintain a distribution plan for content direct to customers and appropriate internal teams

- Arm the Field: Build "battle cards," one-pagers, and slide templates that help Account Teams upsell services and training.
- Launch Management: Partner with product and service leads to execute go-to-market (GTM) launches for new service packages, coaching offerings, or certification exams.
- Internal Education: Run enablement sessions to ensure our internal teams understand what we sell in services and how to position it effectively.
- Adoption & Advocacy:
- Success Stories: Interview successful customers to write detailed case studies highlighting how Professional Services accelerated their time-to-value.
- Web Presence: Maintain and update the Services and Education sections of Collibra.com to ensure accuracy and SEO optimization.
