We are seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to champion our customer-obsessed culture by infusing the voice of the customer across every stage of the lifecycle. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead programs that drive adoption, retention, loyalty, growth, and community engagement—while partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, Enablement, Community, Product Marketing, and the broader Marketing team.
You will own our customer advocacy program (Inner Circle), manage our customer stories strategy, and scale engagement through a thriving advocacy community. - Customer Advocacy & Reference Program Leadership
- Evolve LogicMonitor’s global advocacy program, Inner Circle, into an enterprise-class initiative by scaling platform operations to support global growth.
- Advise and manage backend platform functions in partnership with Salesforce and Influitive admin teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage both the internal and external advocacy experience, delivering a seamless and engaging journey for customers.
- Oversee the Customer Stories & References program, delivering impactful experiences that provide value to customers and amplify LogicMonitor’s brand.
- Collaborate with Community, Customer Success, and Sales teams to build a consistent pipeline of customers for reference activities and content creation.
- Bring customer stories to life through creative execution, integrating final assets into web, digital, and brand experiences that showcase LogicMonitor’s innovation.
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to develop end-to-end, multi-channel customer campaigns that drive ARR growth through adoption and expansion.
- Create and execute lifecycle messaging strategies that expand LogicMonitor’s footprint within existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to engage customers at key moments in their journey to improve NPS, reduce churn, and increase overall sentiment.
- Execute high-impact marketing programs that support adoption, retention, pipeline acceleration, and account expansion.
- Measure program effectiveness, report on key metrics, and continuously optimize customer marketing efforts to align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and manage executive-level programs that foster relationships with CIOs and support strategic content initiatives.
- Communicate program progress, key results, and budget updates with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on customer marketing programs and events.
- Team management experience.
- Positive attitude and a strong passion for serving and understanding customer needs.
- Proven ability to build relationships across Customer Success, Community, Enablement, Sales, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, Creative Services, and Product Marketing teams.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and a drive to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer events, internal meetings, and conferences.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$124,950—$174,688 USD
