Customer Success at TWAICE aspires to help our customers to accelerate their transition to E-Mobility and Green Energy, leveraging the power of TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions. To this end, TWAICE invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers. The Customer Success team is committed to empowering customers, gaining maximum value from our products, and ensuring contract renewals and growth. You will be an early member of a small and growing team, with the opportunity to act as trusted advisor to our customers by proactively supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions to help our customers be successful and achieve their goal of a battery-powered future. Location: Chicago and/or remote in the US 

Your daily business will involve

  • You lead the technical launch of new customers together with our CSMs.
  • You develop deep product expertise with TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions and apply it to help solving our customers’ most challenging problems.
  • You understand customer goals and challenges to deliver value with our Battery Analytics Solutions.
  • You collaborate with many other teams at TWAICE (Solution Engineering, Engineering, Product Management) and see yourself as an advocate for the customer.
  • You drive and escalate customer technical issues with internal stakeholders.
  • You provide training and support for technical enablement of our customers and drive a positive customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • You gather customer feedback and requirements to contribute to product development and efficiently work with our product team.
  • Up to 20% travel for customer meetings, customer launches, or on-site support.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in the field of Energy Storage Systems, e.g. as Systems Engineer, Technical Sales Manager, Solution or Application Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Master's or higher degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Deep, technical understanding of Energy Storage Systems and lithium-ion batteries.
  • Experience in object-oriented Python programming and version management is a plus.
  • Analytically minded, innately curious, and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and nurture and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
  • Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented, with a passion for exceptional user experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
