About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will support the Content team.  They will suggest data-driven approaches and new metrics to measure success, conduct and present analyses that dive deep into performance trends, and standardize complex analyses and build them into scalable self-serve tools for non-technical partners.  They will also document and provide training to partners on usage of our self-serve analytics tools, and work with other teams to scope out tracking events relevant to content performance.

In the role of Senior Data Analyst, you will report to the Director, Data Analytics.

About You

● You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer.● You have 3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau,Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio● You have 3+ years of experience writing analytical SQL queries● You can tell a story with data through visualizations and metrics tailored to the audience● You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams● You can build versatile dashboards with intuitive UX● You are a technologist who enjoys developing new skills and working with new tools

Pluses:● Experience working in VOD streaming● Experience working in gaming, particularly in mobile gaming● Knowledge of anime● Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data analysis● Experience with event analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics● Experience with CDPs like Segment and mParticle● Experience with Databricks● Experience with Regular Expressions● Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills● Background or degree in Economics, Machine Learning, Data Science, ComputerScience, Mathematics, or Statistics

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
