You are part of our newest Product Squad in Berlin which will focus on our latest research project to push the automation and intelligence of our Kertos Platform even further. As Kertos’ first Data Engineer, you will own the data engineering aspect of this project and ensure stable and high-quality data pipelines for our platform. • Develop technical concepts and approaches across the whole development lifecycle 

• Collaborate with your team members to achieve internal automation with data pipelines as well as a seamless integration into our existing tech stack 

• Introduce tools and frameworks that help you and your team for development 

• Ensure integrity and performance of our production pipelines to support our platform’s robustness and stability 

• Be creative in acquiring new data automatically to enhance our models and systems  

• You are an expert when it comes to data engineering & data pipelines with tools like Kedro, Airflow or similar 

• You have experience in bringing such systems to production 

• If you also have DevOps Experience with tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, CDK or similar, this would be a big plus 

• You constantly challenge our status quo, love to spark innovation and strive to grow with us, as a team  

• You are a strong communicator and have excellent collaboration abilities to effectively work in cross-functional, agile teams
