What you’ll do

The Design Operations Team at Doctolib plays a vital role in enabling our 60+ person design organization and 700+ person Tech and Product organization to create value at scale. We are a team of five design and research-focused operations program managers who orchestrate the people, processes, and toolsets necessary to deliver meaningful healthcare solutions across Europe. This role will report directly to the Design Operations Manager, and sits within the larger design organization.

As a Senior Design Program Manager, you’ll drive initiatives that optimize our ways of working as a multidisciplinary product design team. You will primarily support our product delivery processes, looking for ways that we can better prioritize, collaborate, communicate, and ultimately deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a purpose-driven team, and elevate the value of design in an impactful industry.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with leaders in the design team as well as Directors, Senior Directors, and VPs in the Tech and Product organization (including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers) to transform operating models for our product design practice.
  • Designing, evolving, and driving adoption of an end-to-end product design process, from roadmap prioritization to delivery and measurement.
  • Developing programs that empower our organization to drive innovation in the product
  • Orchestrating successful delivery of design specifications for complex initiatives, in partnership with product management and engineering
  • Developing ways to measure design quality in the product, as well as the needs of the team and the impact of operational improvements.
  • Manage team assets to help organize, standardize, and evangelize design best practices across the design team.
  • Supporting the wider Design Operations Team by acting as a thought partner with your peers, helping shape our team’s point of view, and supporting org-wide initiatives focused on People and Platforms.
