What you’ll do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our new TPM team in Berlin. You will drive complex technical programs across Doctolib’s organization to achieve business outcomes to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare. 

You will report to our Director of TPM and work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical programs while translating Doctolib’s vision to results. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organize program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadership
  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables 
  • Review technical design decisions, assess engineering practices, ensuring programs’ dependencies are addressed for effective delivery
  • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status
  • Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and  processes
  • Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience with software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues
  • Ability to think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approach
  • Driven and outcome focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders 
  • Business fluency in English

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience leading programs across tech organization of 500+ people
  • Previous involvement in modularisation initiatives
  • Experience as a TPM with programs involving voice assistant or AI integration 
  • Are fluent in French, German, or Italian
