What you’ll do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our new TPM team to drive complex technical programs across Doctolib’s organization to achieve business outcomes to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare. 

You will report to our Director of Technical Program Management, and you will be based in Milan. You will be the key point of contact between the TPM team and the Doctolib Hospital team in Italy.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables 
  • Influencing systems owners, engineering priorities & architecture decisions
  • Review technical design decisions, assess engineering practices, ensuring programs’ dependencies are addressed for effective delivery
  • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status
  • Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and  processes
  • Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience with software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues
  • Ability to think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approach
  • Driven and outcome focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders 
  • Languages: fluent Italian, fluent English

Preferred qualifications: 

  • 3+ years experience in digital healthcare management
  • Have any of the following professional certifications: PRINCE2®, PMI/PMP, IPMA, ISIPM, AgilePM®, Scrum Master, ITIL 4, COBIT, IFPUG
