Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Senior Designer with a strong background in both digital and print design/production to help support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills paired with high attention to detail to lead the end-to-end development of pixel-perfect creative. The ability to problem-solve and work independently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is critical.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop on-brand creative assets for internal partners.
• Prepare assets for review including building a presentation deck.
• Attend creative review feedback sessions.
• Make edits and adjustments to artwork in collaboration with a copywriter, creative director, and creative management.
• Ensure files are reviewed and approved by all parties including the QA team before finalizing.
• Help maintain a consistent brand identity/experience across all assets.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications or a related field.
• 4+ years of design experience within an external or in-house agency or creative department.
• Best-in-class typography, composition, and layout skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure work is accurate and meets all requirements.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment balancing tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions while being receptive to feedback and direction.
• Strong time management skills and pacing to deadlines.
• A positive attitude when working with colleagues, peers, and internal clients.
• Maintain best practices in asset management, including the consistent application of naming conventions, file/folder organization, versioning control, and production specifications.
• Expert skills in full Adobe Creative Suite required on a Mac OSX platform.
• Retouching skills are a plus.
• Figma experience is a plus.
