What you’ll do

As Linea’s Developer Relations Lead you will be responsible for growing our developer ecosystem, driving developer advocacy and supporting product development with valuable feedback from our community. 

Ecosystem Engagement & Growth: 

  • Lead developer community engagement efforts that grow adoption and use of the Linea network and core Linea technologies. 
  • Act as a public face and ‘key opinion leader’ for Linea developer engagement and engage in speaking efforts to evangelize our offerings.  
  • Create developer outreach programs and manage hackathons. 
  • Lead partner onboarding
  • Manage key communication channels with our developer communities. 

Content Creation & Education

  • Create technical content and tutorials to support developer education - blog posts, video tutorials, code samples, X threads, etc. 
  • Support technical documentation development. 

Product Feedback 

  • Create valuable feedback loops with product and engineering teams to improve our roadmap. 
  • Engage with partners to identify new unmet needs that can inform our future R&D efforts. 

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or a similar role in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem, specifically the L2 technologies.
  • A strong public presence and community following. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage direct reports and support career development for Developer Advocates. 
  • Experience in organizing and participating in tech events and community initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.

US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)$140,000—$200,000 USD
