Candidate Profile

We're looking for a Senior Developer Advocacy to spearhead our direct engagement and training initiatives. You thrive when setting developers up for success, having established best practices for training, instructional content, and delivering hands-on sessions. Your recent endeavors include engaging developers at their offices, virtually, during workshops, at events, or at meetups, where you and your team have enabled developers towards discovery and use of your platform.

Collaboration and empowerment are at the heart of your style. You'll work closely with team members at various levels, and other teams, to deliver events, share insights, and best practices. Your focus is not just on individual success but on elevating the entire team, consistent with MongoDB’s value of Building Together.
