We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development and deployment processes by integrating security practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This includes:

• Secure software development: incorporate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle, including implementing secure coding practices, conducting regular code reviews, employing automated testing for vulnerabilities, and ensuring secure configuration.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain security measures in CI/CD pipelines to automate the secure software delivery process. 
• Containerization and Orchestration: Work with containerization tools such as Docker to package applications and use orchestration tools like Kubernetes to automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications in a secure way.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure in a repeatable, automated manner.
• Automation: Write scripts (e.g., Bash, Python, Golang) for automating tests, routine tasks, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Monitoring, Logging and Alerting: Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, resource utilization, and application behavior.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the security team and other cross-functional teams to integrate and enforce security best practices into our software development  and operation processes and culture.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, making informed decisions and finding innovative solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential to enhance the company's software solutions.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior members of the DevSecOps team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Golang)
• Experience with with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments
• Experience with information security frameworks and standards
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
