Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Overview:
As the Head of DEI and Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while overseeing the operational aspects of the organization. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in DEI, operations management, and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the DEI team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability.
- Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee and optimize organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with overall strategic goals.
- Implement best practices for organizational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the executive team to integrate DEI goals into the overall organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with DEI principles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to DEI and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on the progress and impact of DEI initiatives and operational improvements.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to align DEI and operational objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, organizations, and industry experts to stay informed on best practices and trends.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage and optimize budgets related to DEI initiatives and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and executive teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8-10 years Proven leadership experience in both DEI and operations management.
- In-depth knowledge of DEI principles, organizational development, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets and resources effectively.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$194,000—$310,000 USD
