About the role: 

The Sr. Director, Finance role is focused on supporting and providing thought leadership to the broader go-to-market (“GTM”) organization through detailed analysis and reporting. Leading a connected FP&A GTM team, the Sr. Director, Finance is a trusted partner and key adviser to the business.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Implement finance plans and strategies through effective management and delegation to the GTM FP&A team
  • Provide FP&A support to the broader GTM organization through accurate analysis and reporting including leading budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Contribute to ongoing FP&A reporting on month, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc basis to track progress against key operating metrics. 
  • Delivery of impactful and accurate analysis above and beyond expense forecast and variances in support of overall business strategy and key decision making. 
  • Investigates and resolves abstract challenges with Leadership and broader Finance team.
  • Builds and maintains an internal and external network of leaders and partners to stay ahead of trends and factors that impact financial outcomes. 
  • Support for acquisition, reorganization, and other organizational changes as needed.
  • Identify and/or project management of any required finance projects, ensuring on time and on budget completion.
  • Leadership and management of the GTM FP&A team, to build a connected and cohesive team to support the broader GTM organization. 
  • Partner with revenue operations, pricing and analytics to drive revenue growth and scale.
  • Follow all required HR processes

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • BS/BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting or like degree, MBA preferred 
  • +12 years FP&A experience, SaaS GTM preferred
