We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our Procurement Leadership team as Senior Director of Procurement.  This person will partner with the VP of Procurement in cultivating a high performing organization, and will be responsible for the Grocery and Produce teams. The Sr. Director will have the opportunity to both build new functions and manage our established category teams as we continue to grow and scale our volume and product range. 

• Serve as key member of the Procurement Leadership team
• Grow a high performing team, providing leadership, coaching and developmental support to Directors and Associate Directors of Produce and Grocery, who lead category management teams.
• Cultivate a strong team culture consistent with Hellofresh’s core values and drive procurement best practices throughout your organization. 
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop a sourcing strategy that supports company goals. Set and oversee the achievement of OKRs for cost, growth and innovation, risk management, supplier performance, and team development and enablement.
• Continue to scale our supplier network and manage capacity to meet the demand of HelloFresh’s multi-brand growth strategy.
• Partner cross functionally and work closely with our supplier network to identify and deliver on opportunities to drive improved customer experience through both existing product optimization and new product development.

• 15 years of experience in Procurement, with relevant experience in the Food Industry
• Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
