About the role:
The Senior Director, Professional Services provides Professional Services team leadership and owns and manages regional initiatives including profit and loss for the region. Manages commercial discussions of larger engagements including all relationships and interactions with third party recipients. Provides advisory on solution architecture design services for large enterprises implementations and/or BPM industry wide advisory capabilities.
Your contribution will be:
- Fosters and maintains a positive perception of the Professional Services team within the organization specifically with the CAM and Sales organizations.
- Maintains a strong partner/contractor delivery ecosystem through coordination and relationships with appropriate partner orgs and independent contractors.
- Minimize customer escalation and overages as a result of poor delivery management through the ongoing improvement of project management approaches, tools, and reporting.
- Lead and manage direction and execution of Services team
To be successful, we think you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus).
- 7-10 years of general technology services experience.
- 3+ years in a services leadership role.
- Strong understanding and experience of technology services contracting.
- Experience participating or/and leading services sales.
- Services experience within a product company a plus.
- Project management experience within enterprise class technology projects.
- Understanding of BPM, BPA, Agile/SCRUM Methodologies
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
- Familiarity with Visio, MS Project and SharePoint, Salesforce, Kimble
- Business process/workflow analysis
- Experience with Nintex and K2 software implementation, or other business process management/workflow tools
