✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • The Senior Director, Sales North America is responsible for the North American Brand Protection revenue, managing a team of new business hunters.
  • Positive representation of Corsearch both internally and externally, with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite.
  • Build a collaborative and positive culture across direct teams as well as supporting culture cross functionally.
  • Structural focus on continuous improvement of sales effectiveness.
  • Distribution and achievement of the North American new business revenue targets trough effective planning, goal setting, performance tracking and sales effectiveness project management.
  • Continuous development of personal leadership skills as well as individual-team career, role, and personal development.
  • Plan and continuously optimize the sales cycle from lead generation to deal-closing whilst providing real-time updates on progress.
  • Taking ownership of the successful implementation and adoption projects resulting from sales effectiveness programs.
  • Take ownership of the implementation and adoption of the commercial strategy and value propositions.
  • Accuracy and real time updating of the pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Promote CRM compliance/adoption and promote/suggest continuous improvements. - evaluation on these.
  • Regular coaching and performance management of sales reps

✅Essential

  • Industry experience within Brand Protection industry is beneficial
  • You will have previous experience in leading successful new business teams leveraging sales engagement technology such as Groove/Salesloft/Outreach to drive efficiency in the sales cycle.
  • Understanding of Sales Methodologies, primarily MEDDPICC and GAP Selling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a penchant for navigating a business landscape.
  • Must be able to influence others, and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure.
  • Must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasion, as required.
  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time and travel globally on occasion to other company offices and for events and important client meetings.
  • Must manage and maintain the prospect database and be comfortable tracking work via a CRM (Salesforce.com)
