THE WORK:

Ripple is a crypto solutions company transforming how the world moves, manages, and tokenizes value. Through RippleX, we support and champion an open community of developers on XRP Ledger (XRPL), so they can advance the solutions and innovation needed to allow businesses, consumers, institutions, and governments to fuel the engine of a new digital economy.

RippleX’s developer growth team focuses on supporting the growth and engagement of the XRPL developer community globally - from onboarding and education, to community building, to project formation and startup acceleration. This year, RippleX is focused on expanding the XRPL community into new regions and local markets - taking RX’s existing programs like hackathons, grants, accelerators, and replicating them.

As the Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager, you’ll be instrumental in facilitating the expansion of these programs into new geographies. You’ll set the overall structure for what these local XRPL communities will look like and build the network of local partners who can help execute on these strategies. You’ll execute on these strategies in order to generate awareness of the XRPL technology and ecosystem, and work cross-functionally internally and with external partners to onboard new developers and projects into the XRPL ecosystem.

  • Strong Program Management Skills: Experience taking a strategy from inception to execution; proven ability to manage end-to-end programs with minimal supervision
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Excellent at collaborating with and influencing many contributors, managing different opinions and stakeholders, and driving toward a unified decision
