The Senior Employee Relations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global employee relations policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives. In this role, you'll be providing expert guidance to managers and employees on complex employee relations issues, resolving complaints and grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws in the countries LM operates. You'll play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and managing performance improvement processes with significant autonomy.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Employee Relations Policy Development + Tracking: Develops and implements employee relations policies, manages investigation tracking, and procedures that align with organizational goals. Ensures consistency and fairness in the application of these policies across the organization.
  • Guidance & Support: Provides expert advice and support to managers and HRBPs on a wide range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensures issues are resolved in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigates and resolves employee complaints and grievances, working to find fair and effective solutions. Conducts exit interviews and provides actionable feedback to management to improve employee relations.
  • Training & Development: Develops and conducts employee relations training programs for managers and employees, enhancing their ability to handle workplace issues effectively. Monitors and analyzes employee relations trends to recommend proactive measures.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Collaborates with HR, legal teams, and business leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Partners with these teams to develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years in employee relations or a related HR field, with demonstrated expertise in handling complex employee issues in US, IND, APAC, EMEABachelor's degree in Human
  • Resources, Business Administration, with preference for a JD. A professional certification in Employee Relations or Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Demonstrates advanced conflict resolution, legal knowledge, and leadership skills, with strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Advanced conflict resolution and mediation abilities
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Leadership skills for driving workplace culture and employee relations initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of employee relations strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
  • Experience in developing and executing manager ER L&D

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range$104,265—$130,000 USD
