SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and strategic data master that will revolutionize our Enablement Metrics and Insights infrastructure to provide recommendations that align strategic and operational objectives to develop data initiatives that ensure timely, consistent and integrated delivery of enablement programs.

This role in the Global Enablement Center of Excellence team, will also be responsible for Implementing automation strategies to streamline enablement metrics with a focus on performance. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver highly effective programs with measurable business impact.This individual will need to be self-motivated, highly conceptual, and have what it takes to challenge the status-quo. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

Responsibilities in the Office of Insights and Metrics:

  • Continue the development of Enablement Insights and Metrics System as well as the deployment of key KPIs for Enablement and Sales Leadership analysis, supported by the creation of continuous reports.
  • Provide data driven recommendations for process improvement, system enhancements and enablement programs execution.
  • Plan and communicate clear data and metrics efficiency models that provide senior management with ongoing success metrics of Pure Storage’s enablement programs.
  • Transform data to build custom programs to promote enablement adoption and impact sales roles efficiency. Leverage enablement metrics infrastructure to develop tools and policies to help Enablement,
  • Operations, and Sales Leaders analyze their results and prioritize programs’ decisions.
  • Generate and provide data analysis across multiple platforms including Intellum, Seismic, Salesforce, Google spreadsheets, tableau. Build and maintain Tableau Dashboards. 
  • Streamline databases inventory management to enhance reporting accuracy. 
  • Implement the roll-out of data analytics initiatives to support Enablement programs. 
  • Leverage data collection to create dynamic Excel spreadsheets, optimizing and validating data. 
  • ​​Conduct rigorous quality assessments on data entries and engineer innovative analytical data structures to enhance reporting efficiency. 
  • Strategize with Cross-functional partners to enable making thoughtful business decisions based on priorities and by leveraging data through SFDC and Tableau to run continuous reports. 
  • Provide systems reporting to fulfill Enablement reports requirements. 
  • Facilitate data systems training to key stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations, Snowflake, IT and Data Teams at Pure to identify optimal analysis development, data evaluation and solution
  • Work closely with contracting partners to integrate enablement platforms and simplify reporting, dashboards, and data structuring. 
  • Responsibilities in Enablement Financial planning organization:
  • Manage and organize the PR/PO process and documentation. Provide support to maintain consistency and accuracy of enablement documentation with enablement partners.
  • Guide accurate Enablement Financial planning, PO/ PR management with cross-functional partners.
  • Support vendor and Enablement budget management.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Data Analytics Teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset with the ability to analyze data across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and in the creation of data sets and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge working with SQL and Snowflake for data management, data manipulation and analysis; as well as Tableau, Salesforce, Pivotal, Business Objects.
  • Strong organization skills. 
  • Skilled in overseeing diverse databases to ensure consistency accuracy.
  • Proficient in data cleansing and management.
  • Proven ability to rapidly detect and rectify discrepancies, promoting error free maintenance and enhancing data integrity.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively to get things done.
  • Proven ability to provide data analysis and recommendations is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of sales activities, sales teams and sales operations, processes and methodologies is a strong plus.
  • This role requires flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity and deadlines under pressure and conflicting requests. 

-- The annual base salary range is: $141,000 – $212,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
