(Senior) Enterprise Account Manager

- Proactively drive and meet defined sales quotas and revenue targets, directly contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Be a trusted business and technology advisor, proactively driving new Enterprise customer acquisitions and expanding relationships with existing key fitness chains across North America.
- Own and master the full consultative sales cycle—from strategically identifying and qualifying leads to delivering compelling demos, expertly negotiating contracts, and confidently closing high-value deals.
- Articulate and showcase the powerful impact of the EGYM Ecosystem, demonstrating how our integrated SaaS and equipment solutions uniquely drive business growth and elevate member experiences.
- Craft personalized, value-driven proposals and deliver persuasive, customized product demonstrations in workshops, webinars, trade events, and industry-leading conferences, establishing yourself as a prominent thought leader in fitness innovation.
- Build strategic, consultative relationships at the C-level, developing robust business cases that clearly align EGYM’s solutions with the customer's strategic objectives for sustained long-term success.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our Operations team, ensuring smooth product implementation and an exceptional onboarding experience that immediately delivers value.
- Partner closely with internal teams—including Product, Customer Success, Support—to influence product roadmaps and innovation based on strategic customer insights and market demands.
- Maintain comprehensive market intelligence, stay ahead of industry trends, provide insightful competitive analyses, and leverage our CRM platforms to track and showcase your sales activities, pipeline, and accomplishments.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management in the fitness, health tech, or B2B SaaS industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- You have a proven track record working with or selling to major U.S. enterprise customers or fitness chains, and understand the strategic needs and operations of large clients.
- You excel at solution selling, and you’ve built markets and customer bases from the ground up.
- You are a strategic operator with leadership potential, aiming to step into a broader Enterprise Sales Management role in the future.
- You're highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about shaping the future of fitness through technology.
- CRM tools are second nature to you, and you're skilled at using them to manage pipeline and drive visibility.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to travel extensively to build strong customer relationships.
- You are willing to travel to meet the expectations (30%) of this role (you maintain a valid passport for occasional international travel).
- You will earn an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000 (plus bonus).
