The Enterprise Client Success Manager will focus on managing our largest and most strategic Enterprise clients in the region, enabling them to scale through making payments frictionless, driving acquisition of new merchants, and growing the Mass Payout solution stack through building trusted relationships with both key team members and client decision makers to help customers realize value from Payoneer’s seamless payment capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Payoneer’s Enterprise client relationships at the senior level through understanding clients’ business, industry, payment needs & flows, growth opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders including C-Suite and senior management while understanding client’s strategic initiatives and decision-making process
- Develop client retention and growth strategies for your managed client portfolio with various digital commerce verticals (e.g. gig economy, social platform, eCommerce, freelancer, content distribution, and others)
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for accounts, aligned to customer business objectives, while prioritizing cross and up sell opportunities
- Negotiate commercial & contractual terms, contract renewals, and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to execute on revenue goals and growth objectives
- Interpret data (market data, competitive data, proprietary data, and client supplied data) to include in data-driven decision-making process and to create a clear view on status of client
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to establish growth goals, and track performance against jointly agreed objectives
- Display accountability, adaptability, helpfulness, and focus to better support our clients to maintain client health
Who you are:
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firms, fintech space or in a financial institution
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Successful track records of achieving commercial targets
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Analytical problem solver, customer obsessed, team oriented
- Ability to work with global cross functional teams including sales/BD, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance
- Work autonomously to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the client’s advocate within Payoneer

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $140,000 - $155,000.
