What’s the job?
- Supporting the Global Equity domain - Administer and manage the company's equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs), Ensure compliance with plan documents, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Work with Legal and HR departments to implement the company’s equity plan in new entities while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of equity grants, exercises, and other related transactions, Generate reports and summaries for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations for publicly traded companies and IRS regulations for tax withholding and equity related matters.
- Utilize equity administration software to manage and track equity grants, exercises, and other plan-related activities.
- Address employee inquiries related to equity compensation plans and transactions.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams as well as external providers to ensure that equity programs align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure equity related taxes are calculated and withheld accurately and on time, support complex tax calculation of relocated employees and collaborate with global payroll departments to make sure taxes are filed and reported on timely manner.
- Support the company’s ongoing accounting, reporting and operational requirements – Support period closing workflow (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly), ensure proper recording of all related entries and accruals.
- Ensure all Equity entries are recorded and maintained accurately and on timely manner in the ERP.
- Conduct financial analysis of trends and variances, prepare reports and presentations providing insights to senior management.
- Support the preparation of the company’s Financial Reports and Proxy Statement, provide necessary equity disclosures, and make sure reporting is up to date with local guidance.
- Support the annual/quarterly audit process.
- Perform internal controls to ensure compliance with company’s policies and SOX requirements.
- Maintain relationship and ongoing communication and collaboration with finance teams abroad.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA – Mandatory
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in a high-tech company – Mandatory
- Previous experience managing Equity in a public company, familiarity with equity compensation regulations, taxes, and accounting principles - Mandatory.
- Familiar with E*TRADE equity management software – Advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Advantage
- High level of English - Mandatory
- High level in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
- Team player with strong service orientation
- Accurate, with great attention to detail
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000-$160,000
