Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.We are looking for an FP&A manager to lead a small but ambitious controlling department, and be a key team member in the Finance organization during a period of strong growth and fast-paced changes. 

Your Tasks

  • Manage budget and forecasting processes while being a strong business partner to all departments;

  • Confidently lead the team, helping them grow, prioritizing tasks and activities;

  • Closely work with the Accounting team on month/quarter/year closes, as well as financial audits;

  • Closely work with the Data&Analytics team to maintain high data integrity, as well as collaborate on insights and reporting processes;

  • Support investor communication with relevant reporting packages;

  • Lead / co-lead implementation of new processes and systems.

You Bring

  • International financial controlling experience, ideally in a SaaS company at a high rate of growth (prior direct exposure to multi-GAAP books and consolidation is strongly preferred);

  • Experience in complex, multi-entity environments, including colleagues located in various countries;

  • Profound, practical knowledge of a modern ERP system and experience with data transformation packages (such as MS PowerBI);

  • Very good understanding of accounting, fluency in analyzing trial balances, journal entries, predicting accounting outcomes of business decisions;

  • Positive can-do attitude and solution oriented;

  • Experience managing a team with a track record of helping direct reports grow and overachieve.

  • EU/EEA citizenship or permanent residence as this position will require up to 25% intra-EU travel.
