We are actively seeking a talented Senior Frontend Engineer with a rich expertise in React, WebGL, and AI technologies, and a sprinkle of full-stack capabilities, to bolster our development team.

Your focus

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, your primary responsibility is to lead the conceptualisation and implementation of innovative digital projects for diverse clients, with a keen focus on integrating React, WebGL, and AI technologies seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with various departments (creatives, designer, UX, producers) to ensure each project is a harmonious blend of creativity and cutting-edge technological application, ensuring quality and pioneering spirit at every stage of the project.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital projects, weaving together creativity and cutting-edge technology.
  • Harness expertise in WebGL, React, and AI technologies to develop interactive and intelligent digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with various departments ensuring a symbiotic blend of design and technological application in each project.
  • Uphold quality and pioneering spirit throughout every project phase.
Your skills
  • Present a portfolio with amazing examples of past work.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript, including Angular (2+), Vue, React, and other frameworks like Three.js, Rapier, React Three Fiber, and pixi.js.
  • Exhibit experience with both keyframe and programmatic animation.
  • Display a keen eye for design and dedication to pixel-perfect development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technical teams, and creative teams.
  • Maintain composure and prioritize effectively amidst tight deadlines and conflicting demands.
  • Deliver excellent documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and adept time management skills.
  • Showcase strong coding fundamentals and willingness to learn new frameworks/languages.
  • Prove experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Bonus points
  • Have a personal website showcasing projects and expertise.
  • Have experience with Processing, Open Frameworks, or Cinder.
  • Be familiar with using Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
  • Express interest or showcase experience with physical integration projects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Python and experience with Unity/Unreal.
  • Use Google Docs for documentation purposes.
  • Contribute to open-source projects.
How you’ll work

This is a full time, permanent position, working within the London Tech team and reporting to the Creative Technical Director.
