As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our product that aids individuals in their career development. Your work will directly impact our users by providing them with a seamless and intuitive interface, helping them achieve their professional goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Shaping a product that helps people develop in their career

  • Maintaining and enhancing the codebase to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Optimizing frontend performance to provide an enjoyable and efficient user experience.
  • Building with an enterprise level mindset, ensuring that our solutions are robust, secure, and capable of handling the demands of large-scale environments.

You have 

  • Experience working in a microservice architecture
  • Proficiency in Typescript, React, frontend patterns/architecture, and software engineering best practices
  • Experience designing APIs with a focus on design, extensibility and ease of use

You are

  • A proactive and clear communicator who values empathy and kindness
  • Capable of articulating your ideas and feelings when writing or speaking, and open to the perspectives others bring
  • Experienced in working well in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment
  • Focused on customer and product thinking, always considering how your work impacts our customers and improves their experience
  • Mindful of the bigger picture, ensuring your work contributes to scalable and sustainable solutions
  • Committed to continuous learning by staying updated with industry trends and leading by example to create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Dedicated to writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring high standards through code reviews and testing
  • Confidence in taking ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive towards a solution that balances the future with current priorities
