The Food Alliance helps millions of HelloFresh customers in 18 countries (and growing) across the globe discover tasty and healthy food that they will love cooking and enjoy eating. This Alliance enables that by building great customer experiences across web, iOS, and Android - powered by scalable backend systems. Our team provides tools for internal users to plan the product offering for our customers. The Food Alliance has a variety of interesting product, design, and technical challenges. They shape the direction of new innovative products, scale up existing systems, and unify complex data workflows. 

What You’ll Do

• Work in a cross-functional team with a product owner, engineers, designers and analysts;
• Help to enable your product team to iterate fast and learn about our customer by planning, building, testing and launching features and A/B experiments;
• Collaborate with engineers across your department and the company to continuously improve our code base, systems and processes;
• Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale;
• Coach and mentor other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews;
• Contribute to recruiting by attracting, reviewing and interviewing candidates.

What You’ll Bring

• You have at least 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
• You have experience with component based architecture using Reactjs and Redux;
• You have extensive experience on binding frontend and backend services together
• You have experience testing and improving your code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration and end-to-end testing;
• You feel comfortable with people management topics and have worked in a leading role in a fast-changing environment before
• You have experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks;
• You have experience with migrations from SPA to micro-frontends
• You can handle UX designers very well.

Interacting with front-ends, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are important.
