Senior FSQA Manager
The role of a Senior FSQA Manager involves working within both settings of the Technical Department, in the office and on the shopfloor, with responsibility for all technical aspects of the site. On a day to day basis you will ensure everything is being recorded as required. You will also drive the development of the distribution center’s standard and manage multiple areas of internal auditing programs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Accountability and Responsibility for ensuring all project work is completed
- Driving key work through on BRCGS, closely working with other departments to drive continual improvement of factory standards, reviewing policies and procedure etc. Audit ready everyday procedures in place.
- Ensuring OKR’s are met within key business deadlines
- Actioning/ raising and escalation of food safety and quality issues
- Improve or maintain food safety compliance audit results
- Manage Technical Coordinators/ Compliance Exec/ Raw Material Technologist on both days and nights and support of TA’s when required.
Who You Are:
Experience within the food industry is essential, particularly of working within a Technical Function.
- Previous experience working with QMS and completing audits and using corrective action to rectify the non-conformances raised.
- Moderate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft packages and Google platforms.
- HACCP level 3 and Food Safety level 3.
- A strong sense of resilience. Willingness to learn and progress as time goes on.
