We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve Dashboard, the web platform that powers how customers manage, monitor, and scale their Formlabs 3D printing operations. Dashboard sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and data—making it a critical part of how users interact with our ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and maintain a reliable, scalable web application, primarily using Python and Django, while also contributing to user-facing frontend experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to deliver polished, intuitive features that directly impact customers.

You’ll also play an active role in shaping the system itself—contributing to architectural decisions, establishing best practices, and helping set the technical foundation as the product and team grow.

The Job:

• Be a foundational engineer for Dashboard and backend infrastructure
• Develop reliable&scalable web application using a technology stack centered on Python and Django
• Develop user-facing frontend features, collaborating closely with Marketing and Design teams to deliver compelling experiences
• Contribute to the architecture and best practices

What you bring:

• Professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications
• Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Design, and Engineering
• A pragmatic engineering mindset, with a solid grasp of the trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• A primary-owner mentality: you take pride in the code you write and drive projects to completion
• Proficiency in Python/Django, along with experience using modern frontend libraries such as React
• A high bar for code quality, with habits around writing clear, well-documented, and testable code
• Curiosity and adaptability—you’re comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and learning new tools or domains as needed

Bonus Skills:

• Infrastructure and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Kafka, GCP, or AWS
• Designing or working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment, where priorities evolve and ownership matters
