You’ll be part of a high-performing Mobility team that sits within Airbnb’s Employee Experience (EX) Core organization. We’re a collaborative, empathetic group that thrives on operational excellence and delivering a seamless employee experience during moments that matter - whether it's a visa application, an international assignment, a nomading trip, or a move across the world. You'll work closely with our partners across Legal, Talent, Tax, and Finance, as well as external vendors, to support our employees' global journeys.

The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Global Mobility Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our global mobility program, ensuring that employees receive timely, accurate, and compliant support throughout their immigration, relocation, nomading, and business travel experiences. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring mobility cases move forward without delays. A strong performer in this role will be known for their reliability, accuracy, ability to juggle multiple processes at once, and for contributing to improved workflows and documentation across our mobility operations.

A Typical Day: 

  • Initiate mobility services through third-party vendors and communicate mobility benefit details to employees and relevant stakeholders
  • Draft immigration and business travel support letters for consular appointments, work authorization, and international travel
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to immigration, relocation, or business travel, escalating complex or urgent issues as needed
  • Review business travel reports to identify travelers requiring immigration or tax assessments, and issue invitation letters where appropriate
  • Maintain and update mobility systems, trackers, and documentation with accurate case statuses, policy references, and cost data
  • Support special projects aimed at improving mobility processes, updating policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience

Your Expertise:

  • 2+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, HR operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative workflows with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Experience working with external vendors and/or legal counsel preferred
  • Familiarity with global mobility tools and systems (Workday, Google Suite, Asana, Jira) a plus
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field preferred

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range$73,000—$86,000 USD
