Our internal sales and services teams, as well as a network of more than 100 distribution partners represent us throughout the globe across various verticals. The Customer Strategy and Operations team drives key go to market initiatives, and supports sales and services leads with planning, insights, process optimization, and project management, thereby enabling Formlabs to deliver the best customer experience in 3D printing across the globe. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to navigate data projects across teams and regions.

Join our team as Senior Go-To-Market Operations Manager.

The job:

  • Analyze sales and services processes, projects, and programs and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity
  • Prioritize projects with ambiguity and complexity, focusing on impactful returns in both finances and time
  • Lead complex sales and services operations projects by analyzing requirements, defining project scope, developing project approach and timeline & collaborating with diverse stakeholders and departments to deliver
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Go-To-Market operations team

You:

  • 5+ years of experience as a sales operations manager or related role
  • Experience with Salesforce, Magento or similar software
  • Excel at communication and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Bonus Points:

    • Experience with SaaS or hardware companies
    • Project management certification
