As a Sr. Group Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Group Accounting. You will be pivotal in analyzing the Group’s financial performance and assisting in the preparation of our consolidated annual and quarterly reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with international finance teams to solve financial accounting and reporting challenges while continuously improving processes across the HelloFresh Group.

• Analyze financial performance against the business plan.
• Gain a deep understanding of movements in the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and non-financial KPIs.
• Assist and coordinate in the Group Month-End Closing activities.
• Act as the owner of subsidiaries' monthly p&l and balance sheet reviews.
• Support the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Contribute to the preparation of disclosure notes for annual and half-year financial statements.
• Conduct research on special accounting topics.
• Assist in improvements in group processes and policies, with a focus on financial tools and processes used in reporting

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial tools and processes.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Group Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
• Knowledge of IFRS (an advantage, but not mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; native German language skills would be preferred.
