Role summary
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for the Working Capital team, you will lead initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth across the full customer journey. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns on a scale, using data-driven messaging and marketing automation platforms to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a data-driven mindset. You’re skilled at designing programs that align with business goals and know how to execute and optimize them end to end. You also bring strong writing skills and the ability to craft effective messaging that resonates with customers.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute programs to support growth, engagement, and retention across customer’s lifecycle using communications and other levers.
- Work closely with Growth, product and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving business operations, product, and partnerships.
- Ideate and implement new business initiatives to expand Working Capital's portfolio.
- Own and manage Working Capital's KPIs for specific business initiatives or customer segments.
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, marketing, or customer engagement roles—ideally within a tech or financial company
- Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of products
- Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on work
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Strong leadership skills to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven approach, with experience in experimentation and customer research
- High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability
