The Senior Growth Manager (Reactivations & Retention) is primarily responsible for growing profit from Hellofresh ANZ’s lapsed customer base by ideating, sizing, prioritizing and executing reactivation initiatives. Initiatives will be a blend of opportunities unique to ANZ that we ideate locally as well as best practices shared by our global headquarters. There will also be opportunity to take on other strategic topics such as price & discounting and supporting the design of retention initiatives.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Strategy (HelloFresh) within the Marketing Team, the role involves using data to identify and size opportunity areas, collaborate with cross functional and international colleagues to deliver successful initiatives in ANZ, project management and inputting into the design of initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. 

This role requires a proactive, commercially minded, well-organised individual who can ensure initiatives are designed and executed in alignment with our strategic objectives and rally support for initiatives across multiple teams by maintaining a strong rapport with stakeholders. 

You will…

  • Drive the creation of reactivation and retention target setting across relevant marketing teams, factoring in the impact of key initiatives to ensure an ambitious yet realistic quarterly business plan.
  • Ideate  new and creative ideas to improve the volume and profitability of our lapsed base subscribing back to HelloFresh.
  • Review and report on key business metrics in relation to lapsed customers reactivating their HelloFresh account, deepdive into impactful trends and identify opportunity areas.
  • Meet regularly with teams and stakeholders to get visibility on upcoming initiatives, ensure they are designed to maximise the commercial benefits, advocate for reactivation initiatives during prioritisation discussions  and collaborate to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate decisions on whether to roll-out initiatives by calculating the incremental commercial benefits they are likely to drive using data-points such as A/B test results.
  • Keep up-to-date records to ensure everyone in the company understands what's happening with customers who haven't been active lately, like a roadmap of important projects.
  • Support on other strategic topics such as price & discounting and supporting the design of retention initiatives.

You have…

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in top tier management consulting, growth marketing (direct to consumer preferred) or corporate/business unit strategy.
  • Bachelors or Masters in business, finance, marketing or STEM.
  • Experience and proficiency in building complex business cases and financial/operational modelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with multiple stakeholder groups and influence relevant teams into directing time and effort towards initiatives.
  • Experience and Proficiency in managing projects end to end to ensure initiatives are launched in a timely and error-free way. 
  • Ability to identify and synthesise actionable insights from large amounts of data and trends.
  • Ability to convey ideas using compelling and succinct reasoning (i.e. strong verbal and written communication skills).
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritise initiatives to maximise their commercial benefit.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
