  • Adapting global programs for different regions (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) while maintaining consistency in core strategy and messaging.
  • Measuring program impact, tracking adoption and performance, and continuously refining based on data and feedback.
  • Collaborating across sales leadership, marketing, product, and operations to integrate XDR enablement into the broader GTM motion.
What skills do I need?
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales development leadership, or related roles, with a strong focus on SDR/BDR/XDR organizations.
  • Proven experience coaching managers and reps, with a track record of improving skills and driving performance outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of sales development motions, including prospecting, pipeline creation, and SDR-to-AE handoff best practices.
  • Ability to build global strategies and scale them effectively across multiple regions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with executive presence to influence at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools/platforms.
Bonus skills & attributes
  • Experience working across multiple regions and adapting programs to different markets.
