What is the job:

The Senior GTM Enablement Program Strategist position at ThoughtSpot plays a pivotal role in driving the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to fruition. As a senior member of the team, this individual will spearhead the development and execution of GTM enablement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. They will forge and enhance relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, employing persuasive tactics to navigate complex matters. This role is instrumental in optimizing sales effectiveness through the implementation of methodologies such as Command of the Message and Value Selling. Additionally, the GTM Enablement Manager will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding bootcamps, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. By developing and implementing a dynamic Customer Success (CS) Enablement program, this role contributes to enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies. Overall, the GTM Enablement Manager is integral to ThoughtSpot's success by ensuring alignment with GTM strategies and objectives while driving innovation and excellence in execution.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM enablement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.• Forge and enhance relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, employing persuasive tactics to navigate complex matters.• Utilize methodologies such as Command of the Message and Value Selling to enhance sales effectiveness.• Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding bootcamps, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.• Develop and implement a dynamic Customer Success (CS) Enablement program aimed at optimizing customer engagement and retention strategies.• Drive analytical and process-driven approaches to GTM enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.• Independently tackle diverse challenges, devising innovative solutions based on evaluation and judgment.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent.• Strong facilitation and engagement skills with a track record of building effective relationships.• Proficiency in Command of the Message and/or Value Selling methodologies.• Experience in Customer Success enablement or related field is a plus.• Experience in a direct selling, Customer Success, or account management role is a plus.• Demonstrated analytical prowess and adeptness in process management.• Ability to adapt communication style to varying audiences and provide guidance on complex matters.
